Terms of Service
English · Español — Effective August 25, 2026
The service
Unwork is a product of ORBITIA EIRL (RUC 20616016009, Lima, Perú) — "Unwork", "we". These terms are a contract between you and ORBITIA EIRL, and are governed by the laws of Perú.
Unwork lets you train digital workers — agents that operate a browser and run your repetitive business tasks under your instructions and supervision. Agents do what you teach them: you are responsible for the tasks you order and for having the right to operate the accounts and sites where they run.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep control of your sign-in email.
- The sessions and connections you plug in (Google, for example) are yours: you decide when to connect and disconnect them.
- Don't use the platform for illegal activity, to break into accounts that aren't yours, or to evade third-party security controls.
Billing
The paid plan is billed as a subscription through Stripe. Usage is metered and shown in your Settings. Cancel anytime: the subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid.
What we promise — and what we don't
We work to keep the platform available and your runs verifiable — every run leaves evidence. The service is provided "as is": third-party sites change without notice and a task can fail; the platform detects it, flags it and shows it to you, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes.
Termination
Leave whenever you want: deleting your workers erases their data, and you can request full account deletion. We may suspend accounts that use the service to harm others or violate these terms.
Changes
If these terms change materially, you'll see it announced in the platform before the change takes effect.
