Unwork

Privacy Policy

English · Español — Effective August 25, 2026

Unwork is a digital-workers platform: you train agents that operate a browser and run your business tasks for you. This policy explains what data we touch to make that happen — and what we don't.

What we store

Connections to external services (Google)

If you connect your Google account, Unwork accesses the following Google services solely to run the tasks you request:

In every case:

Unwork's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we never do

Providers that keep us running

The platform runs on Fly.io (compute), Neon (database), Tigris (file storage), Anthropic (the AI that assists the agents) and Stripe (payments). Each receives only the minimum needed to do its job.

Deleting your data

Deleting a worker erases its tasks, runs, screenshots and stored sessions. To close the whole account and erase everything, write to us and it gets done.
